Hearing Center of Portland is making the following changes to their schedule to comply with Oregon’s ‘Stay Home, Save Lives’ executive order. We believe in not only being socially responsible, but also putting our patient’s safety and health first and foremost.
Effective March 23, 2020 we will be seeing patients by appointment for emergencies only.
If you are experiencing a hearing aid emergency, for example your hearing aid has stopped working, please call our office at (503) 751-2897. We may be able to talk you through troubleshooting the issue or we may schedule you to come by the office.
Someone will be answering the phone throughout this time and we are available to mail you supplies and batteries. We want you to know that we are here for you during this difficult time as we know the importance of being able to communicate with friends and family.
We will re-evaluate the situation at the end of next week and will post updated scheduling information on our website. We hope you and your families remain safe and healthy.
